DYNAMIK planned, designed and constructed the new creative global corporate headquarters of BlackRapid Inc. Moving from a 2,500 sq ft space to a 25,000 sq ft facility, BlackRapid is notably one of the fastest growing companies around.
BlackRapid Inc. was named in Inc. magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Small Businesses list. The company’s revenues have grown 1,281 percent in the past 3 years, placing them 2nd among companies headquartered in Seattle (5th in the Puget Sound), number 23 in the Consumer Products and Services category and 285 overall among U.S. companies.
Transforming an old warehouse into an innovative, creative work space, DYNAMIK designed the new BlackRapid headquarters to accommodate a photography workshop, podcast room, private work spaces, cafe, mufti-use creative space and shipping/receiving facility.
Focusing on sustainable materials and LED lighting, and capitalizing on the reuse of existing elements like the building’s wood beams, the start-up turned multi-million dollar company now has a home base that can keep up with their demand.
